We want you to love your Vetericyn apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that final sale items and intimate apparel are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your package.
Drop Off Package
Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of generating the label.
Receive Refund
After our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
